Pierre is our Startup Success Associate, dedicated to helping investors and entrepreneurs navigate complex operational challenges. Before joining XAnge, he gained experience in operational roles at STATION F — managing incubation programs and supporting the growth of over 250 startups — and at Pennylane, helping the scale of the Inbound team.
Passionate about process optimization, CRMs, and automation, Pierre is driven by the seamless integration of tech and data into teams daily routines — both for internal teams and the startups he supports.
When he's not supporting our entrepreneurs, you'll likely find him at a stand-up comedy show, exploring a new country, or discovering new food spots.
Pierre holds degrees from La Sorbonne and EDHEC Business School.
