Pauline joined in 2019 to build and lead our Startup Success Platform—and today, she also oversees marketing and ESG, as well as working closely with our managing partners on strategic initiatives and liquidity execution. With over a decade in tech, she began as an entrepreneur, moved into consulting at Wavestone, and then supported more than 1,000 startups at Paris&Co, an incubator. Off-duty, she’s just as dynamic: warming up her vocal cords, riding a unicycle, or building no-code tools.
